Yacht wedding in Sochi: scenarios and budgets 2026

A wedding on the water is Sochi's most cinematic format. We unpack three real scenarios — what they include, how the budget is built and where couples waste money versus where they must not save.

Format 1: intimate, up to 12 guests

A ceremony on deck at golden hour, a dinner cruise, a photographer. Small vessel, huge feeling. The budget concentrates on the vessel, catering and photo — everything else is decoration.

Format 2: classic, around 40 guests

A motor yacht or catamaran with a banquet zone: ceremony on the water, dinner at anchor, dancing under the stars. Add a host, a DJ or a cover band, and transfers for guests — the full evening in one estimate.

Format 3: luxury, 100+ guests

A mega-yacht or a two-vessel format: ceremony and banquet on the water, welcome zone at the pier, fireworks finale. At this scale the coordinator team and minute-by-minute timing matter more than any decor.

Where not to save

• Sound on the water — wind eats weak speakers; vows must be heard.
• Weather plan B — a covered deck or a shore backup, agreed in advance.
• The coordinator — someone who is not you must run the day.
• Transfers — guests arriving together and on time is half the atmosphere.

Timing

Peak Saturdays go 1–2 months ahead. After your request we send an itemised estimate within a day; the 30% prepayment secures the vessel, the date and the contractors.
